Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy


We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, providing that payment has been made in full. Goods will not leave our warehouse without full payment being made. If there is going to be a delay on your order for whatever reason we will contact you.


We use a variety of carriers to ship orders, always ensuring the best value for our customers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. If you need a delivery quote please allow us some time to obtain the best rate for you.

Freight Insurance

We recommend that all purchases made from Shelves for Shops that are going to be shipped by a freight company have freight insurance. Please note if you do choose not to insure your product, Shelves for Shops accepts no liability for any damage.

Items that cannot be insured include:

  • Second hand goods

  • Glass objects or any item(s) containing glass

  • Deliveries that are not signed by a receiving party

  • Items that are reported as damaged after 5 business days - please note you have 5 days from receipt of goods to submit a damage claim. No consideration will be given to claims after 7 seven business days.

  • Packages over $2000AUD

Please ensure that no packaging is disposed of if you are making a claim for a damaged item.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

We accept refunds if the goods you have purchased are damaged or faulty (unless your order has been damaged intransit and you have declined freight insurance on your product). If you decline freight insurance and your item is damaged intransit Shelves for Shops will not be held liable.

Exchanges will be considered at the owners discretion.

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, at owners discretion.
